Founded in 1948 and in continuous operation at the same location for nearly 60 years, we are a full service hardware store. In 1978, Greenwood Hardware became a member of the TrueValue buyer’s co-op, and has since done business as Greenwood TrueValue Hardware.

Our knowledgeable staff at Greenwood TrueValue focuses on providing friendly and helpful service. Many of our employees have been with the store for more than a decade, and they all have an in depth knowledge of our products as well as our services which include glass cutting, key making and knife sharpening.

Greenwood TrueValue is a green store. Our management and staff take pride in our large selection of natural, organic and environmentally friendly products including: hand push and cordless electric mowers, fertilizers, compost and many garden chemicals, house and home cleaners and natural, no VOC paints.

We are a kid and dog friendly store offering a broad scope of products for the entire family from modern to traditional, from state of the art coffee makers (this is Seattle!) to old fashioned washing boards, from Yankee Hand Drills to 18V cordless drills and drivers.
