Greenwood Hardware has been selling and installing water heaters for more than 25 years, with thousands of satisfied customers across north, south, central, east and west Seattle. Our two main lines are Richmond/Rheem and Bradford White, and we stock a wide range of gas and electric heaters from 20 gallons to 80 gallons in different sizes and configurations to meet most capacity and size requirements in houses, condos and apartments. All our water heaters are energy efficient models, with many meeting the requirements for Seattle City Light or Puget Sound Energy rebate programs.
In addition to residential work, we are RHA (Rental Housing Association) members specializing in meeting the water heater needs of apartment owners and property managers. Our STANDARD WATER HEATER INSTALLATION PACKAGE includes new copper flex connectors, installation of new heat traps, drainage and disposal of your old water heater, and in most cases, no labor charge for installation of new valves. There are no transportation fees within Seattle city limits.
Our installation service is available six days a week, with emergency service on Sundays. Scheduling and installation available within 24 hrs of order; same day service in most cases for leaking water heaters.
